Latest in Secret Weapons

The latest secret weapons is a HPM, high powered microwave system that emits a several billion volt charge. This will knock out any electrical equipment within 300 metres. The electromagnetic pulse will travel along anything metal e.g. into bunkers via radio masts etc… There is an obvious defence against this type of weapon, but I have forgotten it.

The manufactures claim that it will not harm people… I am not convinced as I believe that high voltages have certain side effects on people. In addition, they will instantly heat water to high temperatures within the blast radius and since we consist largely of water…
